Position Summary

Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is currently in search of an Operations Manager to join our team! We are a small business with 5-10 trucks. We are looking for someone with knowledge of trucks (and the roll-off industry even) who also has management experience. You must be willing to get a bit dirty and hop in the truck as needed. We are looking for someone to lead our driver team to produce high quality work in a safe & efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance (Preventative & Repairs) - for Kenworth medium duty trucks & fleet of dumpsters/toilets
Manage Drivers – safety, efficiency, quality
Hire & Train New Drivers
Own routing (prepared by Office Staff)
Drive when needed
Yard Maintenance
Establish, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures
Lead by example to create a positive work environment for all employees

Qualifications

Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
Management Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
CDL Class A or B: (Required)
DOT Medical Card (Required)

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
